Introduction and Rationale

Introduction

Reverse logistics is a process usually consists of a set of activities aimed at collecting, sorting, packing and shipping of products used, damaged or obsolete, the consumption points to the reprocessing. The problem is how to manage all this waste until its final disposal, so that it be properly disposed of without harming the environment ambiente.Como know the incorrect disposal of this waste in nature can cause serious damage to the health of people and the planet, implying the imperviousness of the soil, making the absorption of rain water and contaminate causing clogging of sewer systems.
It is in this context that there is a need to develop a system of reverse logistics to raise awareness about the importance of proper disposal of this material.

Rationale

This study aims to show that cooking oil is highly consumed in both industries as the home of all the food preparation and only a few small sections of this recycle oil as a source of raw material to make: soap stone, bi, paint, putty, etc.. A process that is well planned and executed, contributes positively to performance and control products from their point of origin to its consumption, thus preventing water contamination and clogging the sewage system, impermeability of soils.
Therefore it is expected that there are such changes to the final disposal of cooking oil, causing deploy such projects or laws that cooking oil can return to a full-scale production system.
